I am working on the Vienna for white and enjoy playing it, learning more theory is definitely something I will do.
Your observation of my tendency to attack before completing development is correct, I have developed a habit of doing that, which  is adding to blunders and leaving pieces hanging.
In the example game, there are many times that pieces were hanging that my opponent did not take. I think the game result for me was more luck than planning, given the number of times I left pieces hanging.
